Well, it's been a while since I've done an update. Things have been moving pretty quickly lately, well, for the last 5 months or so. There have been big changes in my regular job, you know, they one that helps support my soap habit. Not that it can't support it's self, but it's just like any other adiction, extra $$ always lets you have more. But then, just like any other addition too, you then have to do more to keep up the rush.

I've left Texas Medicaid, not that I had much choice, they outsourced (contracted out) the client hotline that I was a policy lead for. I'm now at the state EMS office coordinating the education (200 or so classes) for the yearling conference. It's a big change but I'm enjoying it.

The newest additions to the home front have been a flock of chickens. 12 pullets (to grow into hens) and 1 cockrel (to be rooster). We added them not only for the fresh eggs but to help hopefully cut down on the number of bugs and grasshoppers we've been plagued with the last few years. Hopefully I'll be able to get more herbs to survive to use in soaps and other products.

The holiday season was busy, could hardly keep up. but that's a good thing.

What's to come. Well, more soap of course! And we are currently planning to have a booth at the 2004 Republic of Texas Rally. So if y'all are planning to be a the rally, be sure to stop by and say hi!

Well, off to figure out what soap I need to do next!
